Everyone has fallen in love with Lewis Capaldi this year, if they hadn’t already!
Following a heartwrenching Netflix documentary in which Lewis revealed to the world his battle with Tourette’s and his daily struggles with touring, creating new music and the pressures of the industry, Lewis was announced as a headline act for Glastonbury Festival this summer.
After some recent cancellations of tour dates and performances, everyone was hopeful that Glastonbury would put Lewis back on track but it wasn’t to be and during his set his Tourette’s overcame him.
However, what happened next was possibly the most emotional moment in music this year with thousands of devoted fans singing the track for me.
Just days after this festival appearance, Lewis announced via his social media that he would be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future which left fans heartbroken.
But fear not, he has plenty of music ready to go and his most recent song ‘Wish You The Best’ is one of our favourite songs of 2023!
Did you catch Lewis at Glastonbury this summer? Will you be waiting for his next show?
